General Business; The Draw for the coming season was approved.

End of season play-offs was approved. Top 5 in each division to play.

Smith to arrange a dedicated fax number for recording scores.

Box for score sheets to be at the Podium

Cut-off time for scores to be in is 9 pm Wednesday nights.

Dispute Committee is Nicole Chauval, Owen Gray and Mike Van Loon.

Chauval asked about personal details on registration team forms and offered to find out

more than we know now.

Fundraising for Rep Teams A sub committee was formed, (Leanne Stowell, Nicole Chauval and Greg Paul) to price and apply for funding for Uniforms, Travel and Accommodation for Rep Teams.

Greg Croudis asked through the Secretary, if the association would be willing to pay his ranking money to NZPA as this money has to be paid by a Pool Association. Passed
